Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email 

Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

  • Items must be in resalable condition

We reserve the right to deduct compensation for diminished value if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will include:

  • The full purchase price

  • The standard delivery cost (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery (e.g., in-ear audio products)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital goods once delivery has begun (if applicable)

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Under EU law, consumers are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

7. Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
