1. About us. This website is operated by Calm System ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at calmsystems3@gmail.com; our full contact details are in our Contact information. These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place. Please read them before ordering. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Using our website. You must not misuse our website, including by introducing viruses or attempting unauthorised access. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old.

3. Products and prices. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Product images are for illustration; we aim to describe products accurately, but colours can vary slightly between screens. If we discover a pricing error, we will tell you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

4. Your order and our contract. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery. Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

6. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, and statutory rights for faulty goods, as explained in our refund policy.

7. Our liability. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for domestic and private use. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property. The content of this website belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Privacy. We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

11. Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
