Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to extend processing times during peak seasons or due to high demand.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU Countries: 5–12 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs procedures

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

  • We are not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect details provided

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact your local carrier

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

8. Partial Shipments

In some cases, items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
